The American Council of the Blind of Nebraska is affiliated with the American Council of the Blind (ACB). Founded in Kansas City, MO in 1961, the ACB is a national organization of blind, visually impaired and interested individuals who are concerned about the dignity and well-being of blind people throughout America.
