The American Council of the Blind of Nebraska (ACBN) is excited to celebrate 50 years of service at our 2026 State Convention this April. This year, our exhibit hall will be a two-day event, organized by theme to better connect vendors with attendees:

Saturday, April 18: Health, wellness, and recreational opportunities for blind and low-vision individuals

Exhibits Open: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 18, 2026
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Exhibits Open: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Exhibitor Costs
- $30 for Friday or Saturday
- $45 for both days
- Optional Lunch: $25
- Optional Banquet Dinner: $70

Exhibit Hall Engagement
Upon registration, attendees will receive a card listing all vendors. They will be encouraged to visit as many exhibits as possible and collect stickers for a special prize drawing at the end of each day.
When attendees visit your table, you will place a sticker on their card.
Stickers will be provided.
This incentive is designed to ensure a lively and engaged exhibit area.
Donations — Door Prizes & Auction Items
We greatly appreciate contributions such as:
- Door prizes
- Auction items
- Conference-bag items
These donations enrich the attendee experience and enhance your organization’s visibility. All contributions will be acknowledged during the convention.
If you plan to donate, please contact us by March 1 so your organization can be recognized appropriately.
Reservations
Because space is limited, reservations must be received no later than March 1.
Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation once payment has posted.
